Many universities and colleges offer degrees for foreigners who wish to study in the United States. We offer a 30-day 'no questions asked' refund policy from the date of purchase. The refund request must be submitted in writing by emailing us at email@example.com. Please include the following details with your refund request:

As all of our transactions are in the currency of US dollar, your refund will be issued in US dollars and converted to your local currency by your bank or credit card institution. I have purchased the guide, how can I download it on my PC?
A confirmation e-mail has been sent to the address you used in the product page, in this e-mail you will find the download link to the PDF file. You can also find the products you've bought on your personal account page. Anyway, If you didn't receive the e-mail with your PDF file please contact us and we will re-send it to your address.
I have downloaded the PDF file, but I can't open it. Which program do I need?
You have to use a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader, which you can download for free. Once you've downloaded it, you should install it and then you will be able to open our PDF guide. If you have any problems in downloading, installing and using the PDF reader, please contact us.
I have lost the PDF file, do I have to purchase the guide again?
Absolutely not. You can find it on your account page and download it again. We can also re-send the PDF file at your e-mail address, so contact us if you need any help.

How does car rental work in the US? I was considering to visit different states by car, so is my national driving license valid in the US?
There are some things to keep in mind when renting a car in the United States. Obviously you have to bring your local driver's license with you and a valid credit card. You should be at least 25 years old, even if you are younger and have a valid driving license in your country, to be able to drive below that age you may have to pay an extra fee. The rental company will probably put a hold (authorization) on your credit card so it is really recommended that you bring two credit cards with you since you will not be able to use the one you used for to rent the car.
Can I use my cell phone from the United States?
It depends on which kind of phone you have and on your local plan. You should contact your national cell phone provider before departing and see if they have any specific offer or plan to call from the United States. There will also be a few things to keep in mind such as roaming charges, potential US partners and 1.9 GH US network. Another solution is to buy specific cards for calls to foreign numbers to use with the phone boots that you can find in every town or city.
I have a US passport, but I live in another country. Do I still need a US visa?
As a US citizen you will not need a visa, but you will have to travel to the US with your US passport. The passport of the country in which you live will not be considered valid for traveling to the US by airport authorities.
Do you need a visa for Turkey?
Yes. Turkish visa requirements vary depending on a visitors nationality. Do I need a visa for turkey from UK? Is Turkish visa for US citizens required? The answer is yes, and it is yes for many other nationalities. You can check if you are eligible when you apply.
What do I need for my Turkey E Visa application?
You need to have a travel document valid for at least 6 months from the date you intend to enter Turkey. Depending on your nationality, there may be additional documents required for visa application. You will be informed of these requirements after you select your nationality and travel dates.
Do you need a visa to go to Turkey on the exact date specified in an application?
No. The validity period of your Turkey e-Visa begins from the date specified in your application. You can travel to Turkey and enter on any date within this period.
Do I need to obtain a separate Turkish evisa for people accompanying me?
Yes. Each traveller must have a separate e-Visa.
Can I enter Turkey multiple times using my e-Visa?
Citizens of certain countries can apply for and obtain a multiple-entry e-Visa. You can use that e-Visa for as many trips as required during the visa's validity period if you are a citizen of:
I would like to stay in Turkey longer than the Turkish e-visa permits. What should I do?
It is illegal to overstay your visa. If you do, you may be deported, banned from travel to Turkey for a period of time, and/or asked to pay fines. If you do want to remain in Turkey past the e-Visa period, apply at any local police station for a residence permit.
It is important to remember that the purpose of an e-Visa is strictly tourism or trade purposes. If you wish to apply for another type of visa, such as a work visa or student visa, you must submit an application at your closest Turkish Embassy or Consulate.
When should I apply for my Turkey e-Visa?
You can submit your e-Visa application at any time before you travel. However, because processing can take up to 48 hours regularly, it is prudent to submit your e-Visa application at least 72 hours before you depart for Turkey.
If I do not want to use an e-Visa, can I get a visa when I arrive in Turkey?
You may be able to obtain a visa when you arrive in Turkey if you are a citizen of one of the following countries:
Can I pay my Turkish visa cost if I do not have a credit card or debit card?
Unfortunately, you can only pay your e-Visa application fee with a credit or debit card. However, the card does not have to be under your own name.
How long is my e-Visa valid?
Your e-Visa's validity period will depend on the country that issued your passport. In order to find out how many days you can stay in Turkey under your visa, click on the apply button on our main page and fill in your country of origin and type of travel document.
If I am not going to leave the international transit area, do I need a Turkish e-Visa?
No. If you will remain in the international transit area, a visa is not necessary.
Who is eligible for the Turkish e-Visa?

Processing a Visa
You must have an approved visa before you can enter Turkey by sea or air; to apply, you must answer a series of questions regarding your passport and travel plans.
We will ask you all of the necessary questions and submit your visa application. Before processing and submitting your application, we will review your answers, then communicate with you via email if we see any potential problems or need more information.
We will not submit your application until we have determined that the information which you supplied is valid for approval. If your application does not pass our review, we will give you a full refund and will not submit your application.
In the event that your application does not pass our review, you may submit it through another service, or submit it directly to the Turkish government via its e-Visa website. Final approval or disapproval of a Turkish e-Visa is entirely in the hands of the Turkish government.
Please note that the Turkish government's approval process for an e-Visa can take as long as 72 hours, although most applicants will be notified by email within 24 hours if they are approved. We strongly suggest that you apply earlier, rather than later, in order to allow for unanticipated delays.
If Your Application Is Denied
In the event that your e-Visa application is denied by the Turkish government, we will issue a full refund to your credit card, and will not charge you for our services. We are unable to influence the Turkish government's decision to approve or disapprove of e-Visa applications.
If your application is denied, we suggest that you contact the Turkish consulate or embassy and apply directly for a visa.
Please be aware that after a visa has been approved, the Turkish government may, under some circumstances, withdraw its approval and change the status of the visa to 'Not Authorized.' Needless to say, this is also a decision which we cannot influence. For this reason, before you reserve your flight or check in, you should first verify the authorization status of your e-Visa.
Travel Requirements and Personal Information
You are responsible for complying with all travel requirements in connection with your visit to Turkey. If you provide incorrect information for your travel documents, including your visa and passport, and are not allowed to board a vessel or flight to Turkey as a result, we cannot be held responsible.
Payment for Our Services
We accept only U.S. Dollars ($) in payment for our visa review and processing services.
If your credit card service uses a different currency, the bank or company which issued that card will convert the U.S. Dollar amount which we charge into your card's currency. When this happens, the amount that you are charged will be based on the exchange rate in use, along with any foreign transaction fee or other fees which you credit card company may impose. Your credit card company has control over what fees will be charged, along with whether and how they are listed on your credit card bill; our company has no control over these charges or if and how they are listed.
